JD Enterprises conducted an extensive mystery shop of Los Angeles International Airport’s (LAX) parking operations to improve efficiency, optimize revenue, and enhance user experience. Our review covered all aspects of the parking system, including valet services, self-park, EV revenue, and online reservations. By identifying operational bottlenecks, optimizing pricing strategies, and focusing on security and compliance, we aimed to provide data-driven recommendations for strategic planning, ultimately boosting stakeholder confidence and showcasing a commitment to excellence.
