JD Enterprises was retained to review and comment on the NWC Parking & Transportation Demand Management Plan. The plan, designed to complement the 2015 Master Plan, aims to enhance pedestrian control and manage parking effectively, focusing on sustainability and promoting diverse modes of arrival. JD Enterprises evaluated the feasibility of additional parking needed for the primary event, validated the Master Report, and assessed parking inventory and occupancy limits throughout the planning phases and full build-out. We analyzed TDM parking demand models, parking management, and technology integrations, identified critical components impacting demand, and provided recommendations to address these challenges.
