Oceanwide Plaza, developed by one of the largest global conglomerates in real estate, finance, energy, education, and media, is a grand mixed-use development reshaping downtown Los Angeles. JD Enterprises played a crucial role in this project by conducting detailed site assessments that optimized traffic flow and addressed parking demand. We strategically planned the placement of EV stalls and ADA-compliant parking spaces while also building revenue models and integrating advanced parking technologies to enhance both operational efficiency and revenue potential.
