JD Enterprises undertook an efficiency and profitability study of the parking garage in Chicago, Illinois. We reviewed operating expenses, budgeting, equipment, and staffing, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and profitability. Our efforts included loss prevention, cash handling, marketing strategies, and identifying capital improvements, resulting in improved operational integrity and profitability for the facility. Additionally, we identified and executed marketing spend programs, reviewed website content and copy, conducted customer surveys, and provided a competitor marketing report. We assisted in identifying capital improvements such as painting and civil work, addressing safety hazards like lighting and HVAC, and improving traffic control and street visibility with signage.
